Beliefs and definitions are at the top of our own personality or ego structure. When you change them, their effects ripple through out our emotional reactive landscape, disrupt our habitual ways of thinking about 'that thing' and ultimately change our physical behavior patterns around 'it'. Consciously changing our perspective(s) is a powerful way to immediately change our very own inner 'ecological relationship reality'.
Rooting out old, unconsciously acquired childhood beliefs and definitions that do not work for us allows us to redefine the definitions, restructure the beliefs to be in greater alignment with our natural adult authentic self. This simultaneously sows the seeds for greater harmony and balance in the new we reality we prefer to create.
